About me

I am an industrial engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia , with an MBA from IESE Business School and certified as a coach by the Instituto Superior del Coaching. Throughout my career, I have developed an international career working in leading multinationals such as Amazon, Nike, McKinsey & Co and Just Eat, performing in key areas such as operations, sales, consulting and strategy.

My experience has led me to manage multidisciplinary and diverse teams and to collaborate with operators, middle managers, managers, senior executives and boards of directors, in countries such as Spain, Belgium, Chile, Argentina and the Netherlands. These challenges have given me a deep understanding of the different levels of an organization and how to unleash the potential of each individual, regardless of their role.

Each transition from one country to another, from one sector to another, or from one position to another, has brought significant challenges, teaching me valuable lessons about resilience, leadership, and adaptation. Beyond professional growth, I discovered that what truly motivates me is accompanying others in their personal and professional development. While my experiences do not define my clients’ paths, they have provided me with valuable tools to effectively guide them and help them achieve their goals.
